We want to inform you of an important update regarding our applicator refurbishment process.

OUR WAREHOUSE HAS MOVED!

New Process:

  • Sending Applicators:

Use your preferred carrier to send in the applicators that require refurbishment. Please ship them to:
3005 Chastain Meadows Pkwy, Suite 300, Marietta, GA 30066

  • Processing Time:
    • The entire process, depending upon shipping time, is estimated to take approximately 7-10 business days.
    • Please make sure you are sending in your applicators as soon as they are in need of refurbishment.
    • The “Return Delivery Note paperwork must be completed and returned for every Refurbishment. 
  • Payment:
    • Pay per applicator: Once we receive your applicator, we will review your applicators and send an invoice which includes the option to pay online to your provided email address. 
    • Automatic Payments: To keep a credit card on file for automatic payments, please fill out our credit card authorization form HERE. If you prefer to provide credit card information via telephone, please contact Alison Hendrickson at 678-778-0708. 
    • All free refurbishments and coupons are tracked and will be applied accordingly.

Applicator Refurbishment Process
